Welcome to the all new Meredith Gordon Photography blog. For several years now I have been toying with the idea of starting my own photography business, and now I am ready to take the leap.
A little bit about me: 5’2", eyes of blue, Aries. :)
I grew up and settled in New Albany, Ohio, a suburb of Columbus. I attended THE Ohio State University where I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering. Photography has been a hobby and passion of mine for quite some time, but I didn’t get really serious about it until I had my point and shoot camera stolen on a trip to Boston and replaced that camera with a digital SLR. After taking some classes on how to use it and composition, I fell in love with photography. I have had the opportunity to shoot friends and family for engagements, weddings, and other special events.

If you are serious about your business you should invest in a domain and web hosting. Using a blogger site gives the impression you're cutting corners. If you don't want to get webhosting, simply buy a domain name from mydomain.com and redirect it to this site. After all, meredithgordonphotography.com is easier to roll off the tongue than meredithgordonphotography.blogspot.com
